1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jljl50 platform, clicking "I Agree" during registration, or by continuing to use the Platform after any posted amendment to these Terms takes effect, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

jljl50 reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed or where misrepresentation is suspected. In cases of confirmed underage gambling, all funds — including winnings — shall be forfeited and the matter may be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities.

4 Account Management

4.1 One Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain only one active jljl50 account. If jljl50 detects duplicate accounts linked to the same individual — whether by device, IP address, payment method, or identity documents — all duplicate accounts may be suspended and balances held pending investigation. Deliberate multi-accounting for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses constitutes fraud.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. jljl50 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, available through your account security settings. 4.3 Account Inactivity. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as inactive. jljl50 will contact the registered email address or mobile number before applying any inactivity processing. Players in Cebu, Davao, or any other region of the Philippines should ensure their registered contact details remain current.

4.4 Account Closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting jljl50 customer support. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be satisfied, all active bonuses will be voided, and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method. KYC verification is required before final balance disbursement.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All promotions offered by jljl50 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards — are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds granted by jljl50 carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated on the relevant promotion page. Until wagering requirements are met, withdrawal of the bonus balance or associated winnings is not permitted.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. Promotional bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, and bonus balances that do not meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period, will expire and be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.4 Abuse of Bonuses. jljl50 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a player has abused the bonus system. This includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated play software during bonus wagering, or placing low-risk bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay.

6.5 VIP Programme. jljl50's VIP programme operates on a tiered basis. Tier qualification is based on monthly real-money wagering volume. jljl50 reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, benefits, and programme structure at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Random Number Generation. In all cases, jljl50's settlement decisions are final subject to the dispute process described in these Terms.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jljl50 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Accessing jljl50 using any automated bot, script, or software designed to gain an unfair advantage

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any intellectual property rights in the Platform or its content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jljl50 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any jljl50 content without prior written consent from jljl50.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, jljl50 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of gaming funds due to connectivity issues, acts of force majeure, third-party payment processor failures, or cyberattacks.

jljl50's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply to jljl50's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

jljl50 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and is available at jljl50.cam/privacy-policy. By registering on jljl50, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and PAGCOR compliance reporting.

jljl50 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request erasure of your personal data held by jljl50, subject to our legal retention obligations.

13 Amendments to Terms

jljl50 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jljl50 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before the amendments take effect, except where changes are required by law, PAGCOR regulatory directive, or urgent security concerns — in which case amendments may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the jljl50 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 4.4.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and all disputes arising from your use of jljl50 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting jljl50 customer support. If a dispute is not resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as the primary regulatory forum. If PAGCOR's processes do not resolve the dispute, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
